They point out that it is a culmination of factors, but one major issue is the anti-growth lawsuits perpetrated by the Sierra Club and Center for Biological Diversity which for years has sued to block common sense forest management practices.

They also discuss how this presents an opportunity for Arizona and its economic development goals – with organizations the Arizona Chamber of Commerce, Arizona Free Enterprise Club, and the Goldwater Institute leading the charge for good policy.

Finally, Chris and Sean talk about Trump’s nominees and his important strategic moves in relation to Greenland and Panama. All this and more!
