Chris and Sean review the Presidential immunity decision, the overturning of Chevron v. Natural Resources Defense Council, and the limitation placed on agency to issue fines without a jury decision. Of these, the Chevron decision will have the most impact on Americans, as it greatly curtails the power of the administrative state and will require Congress to be more specific with their intentions when they write legislation.
